Acts as a coach to Implementation team members in their efforts to execute AIM phases of implementation (analyzing requirements, development and maintenance of project plan, execution of configuration, and coordination of the various transition). May act as a point of escalation or be called on to assist with alleviating obstacles for successful completion of a team member’s project. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for development of daily department procedures in conjunction with department manager * Responsible for monitoring execution of procedures consistently within the department * Coaches Implementation team members on execution of AIM and AIM Express * Coaches Implementation team members on system configuration, researching system behavior, navigating known system anomalies, troubleshoot complex client errors/issues * Responsible for interfacing with other SASS and ADP departments to develop joint processes and procedures * May act as Implementation Consultant on large, complex project. In that capacity will be considered the SASS owner for clients in assigned base. Will be responsible for execution of AIM and serves as the primary project level liaison for the client throughout implementation, including multi-service projects. * Can manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously and well as responds effectively to changing priorities * Acts as liaison to Sales and departments (both internal to SASS and greater ADP) for escalations and/or informational inquiries * Acts as head of the Implementation Department in Manager’s absence. |

Qualified candidates should have a working knowledge of basic Windows applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Explorer, etc). Project management and MS Project experience is a plus. Candidate should have client/customer Serivce experience working with large nation-wide corporations. |
