Job Description :

Westwood is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator. This is a temporary opportunity with a duration of 6 months and possibility of permanent employment after the 6 month assignment.

The role of the Marketing Operations Coordinator is to provide assistance to the Marketing Operations manager as they effectively manage the contract obligations with the inbound and outbound calling campaigns. The coordinator must ensure that all support systems are up to date and audit the vendors for adherence to procedures and process improvements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist the Manager with inbound and outbound telemarketing programs to meet contract obligations
* Update the necessary systems to ensure the integration of data and accuracy of reporting
* Upload DNC and Invalid data into all systems
* Attend calibration sessions and audit vendors from a quality perspective and provide constructive feedback for process improvements
* Understand all call routing processes and have the ability to investigate any routing questions
* Provide any back up support needed by the Internet Marketing team to ensure systems, processes and vendors were adhering to approved processes.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Attends meetings and prepares additional reports as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* At least 3-5 years call center experience Inbound and Outbound call center experience
* Expert with Access and excel databases
* Needs to understand the call center monitoring for coaching and development of employees

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
* Associate degree (A.S., A.A.) or two-year technical certificate
