Serco North America has an opening for a Senior Systems Security Engineer for our Colorado Springs Location. This person provides expert judgment and analysis for the design, development and implementation of technical products and systems. Resolves highly complex technical issues and conducts advanced research. Recommends alterations to development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

The successful candidate will have an advanced degree in engineering or equivalent and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

• An Active Top Secret clearance with a DCID 6/4 eligibility is REQUIRED
  
• AFSPC HQ Staffing experience is preferred
  
• Crypto/COMSEC experience is preferred
  
• Space Systems experience is preferred
  
• System Security Engineering experiences preferred
  
• Space Operations Crew experience is preferred
  
• NC2/NC3 experience
  
• Cyber background is preferred
  
• Network background is preferred
  
• SONET experience is preferred
  
• Gig Network experience is preferred
  
• Combat Communication Experience is preferred
