Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, science, or related technical field is required (advanced degree preferred.) Twelve years of revelant experience is required. Extensive analysis and M&S (both digital M&S and/or hardware-in-the-loop) experience is mandatory. Specific experience working with MDA, the Program Elements (THAAD, AEGIS, etc.), and the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) is highly desirable. Excellent communication (writing and speaking) skills and interpersonal skills are required. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Creative thinking and an independent approach to problem solving is a plus. Must be able to work low-level detailed issues while maintaining a high-level perspective. Some travel may be required. A current SECRET security clearance is mandatory
