We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Analyst to be located at our Greenwood Village (Denver), Colorado (Farmers Union Insurance) home office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a high-caliber Actuary with property and casualty insurance industry experience to be a key collaborator with internal customers to management levels. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our highly skilled and professional Actuarial team. The key responsibility will be providing rate analysis, reserving data development, and various reporting functions. With the majority of the actuarial work supporting the National Farmers Union and QBE Agri business lines. You will be seen as one of the "go-to" resources for your knowledge and expertise by both your internal clients and your colleagues. Your contributions will have a tremendous impact on the team and the entire organization.

Essential Job Responsibilities |

Provide support and analysis to pricing and/or reserving functions and develop and/or produce reports necessary to evaluate losses and premiums.
1.Analyze reserve or rate needs by line of business in a timely and accurate manner, as assigned. 2.Perform research, experience studies, and other statistical analyses, as assigned. 3.Meet requirements laid out in the actuarial student program description. 4.Complete miscellaneous management and statutory reporting and filing requirements, as assigned. 5.Improve processes within the Company to increase the level and quality of service provided to internal and external customers. |

Required Education &/or Exp |
|
*Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences, Math or related field, or its equivalent. *Minimum of 2 to 3 years related experience with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities. *Successful completion of 4 or more casualty actuarial exams.
Job Related Knowledge and Skills: *Demonstrated ability to utilize applicable computer applications. *Demonstrated understanding of actuarial principles commensurate with level of experience and exam status.
