Summary:
Project Manager (Site Manager) - Provides on-site, management and oversight of the the FLRC. Overall responsible for coordinating and executing the tasks as outlined in the Government Task Order Response (TOR) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) - while under the supervision of the Government Project Officer (PO)/Contract Officer Representative (COR).

Specific Duties:

* Provide leadership and project direction;
* Manage and direct operations associated with FLRC Maintenance, Supply, Production Control, and Quality Assurance/Control;
* Directs completion of assigned tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints;
* Schedules and assigns duties to subordinates and subcontractors - ensures assignments are completed as directed and to standard;
* Enforces work standards and reviews/resolves work discrepancies to ensure compliance with contract requirements;
* Interfaces with the Contractor's FIRST Program Manager and Government FLRC Management personnel;
* Conducts business practices to ensure both government and contractor requirements are met;
* Supervises and manages the daily activities of configuration and operation of logistical business/computer systems;
* Optimizes planning, operations, and resources to ensure maximum capability is attained.

Required Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years directly related work experience in private or military sector related to FLRC operations and contract performance or FLRC equivalent is required.

Additional Requirements:

* Ability to successfully complete the Stanley Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment.
* Possession of an ACTIVE SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment; US Citizenship is required.
* Ability to travel up to 25% or less.
* Maintenance and Supply leadership experience at the Division, Corps, or higher level;
* Familiarity with Army Field Sustainment Brigade/Battalion (AFSB), Distribution Management Team (DMT) and Logistics Support Element (LSE) operations;
* Understanding of the Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN) processes;
* Experience with Army STAMIS systems;
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Project, Outlook)
* Work schedule must be flexible in order to lead and manage operations that ensure mission accomplishment;

Desired Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities:
Preferred:

* A BS degree in Business, Purchasing, or Management; former CWO or Field Grade officer with Maintenance background is desirable;
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Lean Six Sigma Training or Certification, and Logistics Management Certifications/Qualifications are a plus;
* Familiarity with the Wildcat Maintenance Management System (WMMS)
