Westwood College - Online is looking for an Enrollment Support Manager.

The Enrollment Support Manager will lead, manage, and direct a staff of Enrollment Support Specialists. The Enrollment Support Manager is responsible for the on-going training and development of the Enrollment Support Specialist through coaching, monitoring, weekly one on one meeting, team meetings, side by side observation, removing obstacles, assisting them in their day to day functional area, and serve as the escalation point for issues. The Enrollment Support Manager will maintain administrative responsibility for the Enrollment Support Specialist so that the Enrollment Support Specialist can focus on providing new students with a combination of support, encouragement and instructions on financing their education, document collection, and submission tasked that accompany the new student enrollment process.

The Enrollment Support Manager will work closely with other departments building and maintaining positive relationships that result in a collaborative effort to ensure efficient and effective student movement throughout the student life cycle. The Enrollment Support Manager is responsible for ensuring all accreditation and regulatory expectations are met.

The Enrollment Support Manager will ensure the highest level of service is delivered to our students as well as within the organization. The Enrollment Support Manager will be responsible for managing, driving, and motivating the team of Enrollment Support Specialists to achieve the department and organization goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that the Enrollment Support Specialists are providing the proper level of support ant direction to new students and provide feedback to help ensure all quality guidelines are achieved, ensure adherence to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines and conduct weekly one on one’s with all staff members to review key metrics, overall performance, and provide coaching and development. Serve as the point of contact for escalated issues. Take necessary actions to get to resolution and trouble shoot and problem solve issues that may arise in the day to day operations.
  • Attend scheduled training and conferences as required to maintain or enhance position, department, and industry knowledge. In turn this knowledge and training should be delivered to the staff members.
  • Maintain administrative files on all staff members. This should include but is not limited to all development activities, performance improvement plans, attendance tracking, performance appraisal review, and salary information and manage staffing levels to ensure the organization is able to achieve overall goals and student expectations.
  • Manage, analyze, and report on department and organization metrics by managing student populations through the business cycle to ensure that Westwood College Online show, start, and retention goals are achieved. Take appropriate actions as needed.
  • Monitor the activities of students through the admissions process to ensure that sufficient movement is occurring that will facilitate completion of the admissions requirements and the student finance process by the start of each class date.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with all other departments. The Student Service team serves as the point of contact for students as well as the liaison to all other departments therefore it is imperative to develop these working relationships. It is critical that open communication and a positive working relationship is established and maintained to ensure that Westwood College Online students have a positive experience.
