Westwood is looking for Admissions Representatives for our National division. The office is located in DTC.

The primary role of the Admissions Representative is to selectively prospect, interview and enroll individuals into a qualified career-focused education and guide the prospective student through the enrollment completion process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in the organization, the Representative must be able to successfully perform inside sales duties by working with diverse contacts nationwide and have a high level of customer service and follow up. Other essential responsibilities include:

• Heavy outbound phone prospecting to company and self generated leads
• Conduct interviews with prospective students via the phone
  
• Maintain high level of productivity to meet and exceed established Admissions goals including but not limited to: conversion rate, start rate, personal lead generation, enrollments etc.
  
• Complete online enrollment paperwork and follow up with candidates throughout the follow-up process up to and including active attendance in school
  
• Communicate with students to identify potential problems and facilitate solutions by acting as a liaison with appropriate school departments to arrange financial aid processing, document submittal and class attendance
  
• Remain in contact with students throughout their program in order to assist them in becoming successful graduates
  
• Quotes prices, terms, conditions and only make representations concerning programs, quality, capacity, and other educational particulars as set forth by the school
  
• Responsible for networking with a variety of contacts including existing students to promote the College and secure personal leads
  
• Operate within the highest ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of the position
  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related
• One to three years sales experience with a proven track record of sales success
  
• Excellent phone skills
  
• Ability to work in a sales driven environment
  
• Passion for results, solid work ethic and a winning attitude
  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
  
• Professional appearance and demeanor
  
• Must be proficient typing and possess basic computer skills such as using: a mouse, windows operating system, web browser and basic Microsoft applications such as Word and Outlook
  
• Ability to make basic arithmetic calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division to complete reports and work with pricing
