9to5 is a national grassroots membership organization that strengthens women’s ability to work for economic justice. 9to5 accomplishes its mission by building local networks and chapters, working for corporate and public policy change, and providing information, support, and resources to women experiencing discrimination, harassment, and oppression.

The AARP Foundation Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) helps job seekers improve their skills, obtain training, and find a job. If you're 55 or over and meet the income guidelines, we can help you enter-or re-enter-the job market. SCSEP helps you improve your skills and gain work experience and self-confidence so that you can succeed in your job search.

Located in downtown Denver, Samaritan House was built in 1986 and specifically designed and constructed for the homeless. It can accommodate over 320 men, women and children each night. There are separate facilities for single men, single women and families with children. Residents receive a bed, food, clothing and various services on site, including case management, medical care, and referrals for employment, social service assistance and educational opportunities.

Catholic Charities of Colorado Springs, Inc. is the social service arm of the Diocese of Colorado Springs. It is currently one of 1,640 Catholic Charities USA social service agencies in the United States. Catholic Charities provides social services throughout a ten county area with most of the services targeted to people living in Colorado Springs. Catholic Charities provides compassionate, competent, and professional services that strengthen and support individuals, families and communities based on the value and dignity of human life.

The Division of Workforce Development (DWD) is a full service employment and training agency meeting the recruiting and training needs of businesses, job seekers and youth throughout the metro area. DWD has two customer-focused units: the Business & Community Partnerships unit and the Job Seeker Services unit. DWD’s Business & Community Partnerships unit is primarily designed to assist Denver businesses with finding the right applicant for all available positions. DWD’s Job Seeker Services unit assists job seekers in finding sustainable employment in the Denver metro region.

The Denver Rescue Mission's chief goal is to meet people at their physical and spiritual points of need. We provide food, shelter, and clothing, along with practical programs of education, Christian teaching, and work discipline with the aim of returning the poor, needy, and homeless to society as self-sufficient, productive citizens.

The mission of Denver Urban Ministries is to “nourish the spirit of the community and cultivate awareness of urban life. We provide resources for persons in crisis and create opportunities for individual and community growth and service.” DenUM meets people in crisis in our Outreach Services Department, develops self-sufficiency through our Job Services Center, strengthens the community through Advocacy, and fosters awareness and growth through our Urban Education program.

DenverWorks' mission is to equip the low-income and unemployed to become self-supporting and fulfill their God-given design by providing job preparation, placements, and lifeskills training. DenverWorks strives to prepare the unemployed and underemployed for positions in which they might reach their full potential, find pride in their jobs, and provide for their families.

The African Community Center of Denver is a Program office of the Ethiopian Community Development Council Inc. (ECDC), a community based Organization headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. ECDC is a 501 (c) (3), non profit organization. The African Community center conducts educational and social service programs that help newcomers resettle in their new communities and acculturate, recover from past trauma, gain personal independence and economic self-sufficiency, and quickly become able participants and productive, contributing members of American society.

El Futuro Community Center supports Latino gay and bisexual men by providing culturally and linguistically appropriate interventions that promote health, diversity, strength, and pride in our community.

JAG-Colorado, Inc. is a program designed to help youth stay in school through graduation and obtain the skills they need to transition successfully into the workforce or post-secondary education. It is based on a comprehensive program of services (including classroom instruction, mentoring, tutoring, work based learning, leadership development) provided during the school day, after school, and for 12 months following graduation.
