Title: Scrum Master

Location Options- San Francisco, CA; Possible - Salt Lake City, UT, Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WA, Portland, OR

Qualifications:

• 10 year's minimum experience as a Scrum Master in an IT or software development setting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency using Jira (managing scrum boards and generating metrics)
• Demonstrated ability to coach individuals in a scrum team
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of explaining technical and project related information to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to balance competing priorities
• Requires PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates and is accountable for leading the team through the agile ceremonies, including:

o Daily scrums

o Sprint demos

o Retrospectives

o Backlog Grooming

o Sprint Planning

o PI Planning
