QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various business stakeholders to interpret & translate requirements
  • A minimum of 12 years experience with Salesforce Sales cloud, marketing cloud or related platforms, with a proven track record in both technical proficiency and business process optimization
  • A minimum of 5 yrs experience working as enterprise product manager or similar role
  • You have a deep understanding of the Lead-To-Quote business process (Campaigns, Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote) and supporting technologies (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience working in an agile development environment, with a proven track record of leading successful Salesforce projects from concept to delivery.
  • Clear, concise technical writing skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills when working with business users to develop scope requirements and defend systems capabilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • As an EPM, you will be responsible to provide end to end solutions using Salesforce Sales cloud, Marketing cloud and also mentor the junior members on the team
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, providing regular updates, progress reports, and escalations to stakeholders and project sponsors.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including department heads, project managers, and team leads, to gather input and feedback on project priorities and resource allocation.
  • You will work with business and technical stakeholders to identify their business problems and drive appropriate functional solutions/approaches
  • Performing/interpreting requirement analysis to identify value creation opportunities
  • Stay informed about Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices, and proactively recommend enhancements to maximize platform effectiveness.
  • Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials
  • Supports PM with project(s) updates.
  • Act as a subject matter expertise for the assigned areas/groups and train the new team members

ONSITE REQUIREMENT :
To ensure effective collaboration and project participation, this position requires onsite presence in our Dublin, CA office for 3 days per week.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $171,000 - $244,600.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
