Overview

As a Strategic Analytics Manager, you will evaluate current sales performance for CQ customers and partner with Account Managers to drive optimal business performance. You will work closely with CQ leaders to support and implement high-quality, data-driven strategies, supply reporting and analytics to help ensure effective sales execution and the achievement of growth objectives. Design and implement analytic systems to collect, manage, and convert data into insights for decision-making for the company and for our customers.

Responsibilities
    Drive revenue growth for key CQ accounts through analysis of their OMS and financial data by creating and delivering P&L statements and using MyScorecard, KPI reports, and tracking that will assist with strategy creation and recommendations for business growth.
  • Use analytical data to offer customers tailored solutions to their business challenges including but not limited to cost saving recommendations, provider utilization and per-person productivity reporting, and All the Right Things best practices.
  • Review customer goals and develop reporting based on run-rates and re-forecasting. Leverage in-depth industry knowledge to draw relevant insights and make recommendations based on reporting. Deliver results and recommendations to customers directly through phone, virtual meetings, or in-person.
  • Present quarterly business reviews for key customers at request of Sales leadership team.
  • Communicate with Account Managers and customers directly to better understand what goals they aim to accomplish and identify CQ services and strategies that can help them meet these objectives.
  • Create gap analysis reporting for customers and help provide program outline to address skill and knowledge gaps.
  • Provide trainings on various sales and analytics tools to both customers and internal CQ employees.
  • Work cross-functionally within CQ with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.
  • Provide CQ leaders with sales reporting and insights that will drive CQ business growth.
  • Assist the sales team in prospecting for potential customers and establishing a relationship by providing data-driven approaches to help their business.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in an analytical role.
  • Strong communication skills and a strong worth ethic, able to adapt, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working directly and/or providing support and feedback to customers regarding financial tools.
  • Strong dashboard/pipeline/forecasting sales reporting skills.
  • Strong business modeling & analytics skills.
  • Sufficient business acumen supporting an in-depth understanding of the organization and our business.
  • Organizational skills permitting the effective management of several concurrent projects and priorities.
  • Strong systems experience including EXCEL at an advanced level, Microsoft SQL, Crystal Reports and business intelligence and CRM packages.
  • Four (4) Year Business Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Accounting
  • MBA or Master's Degree preferred
