Job Description

  • Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values

  • Work closely with Medicare Advisor(s) to provide non-advice-related support to clients, including maintaining contact with clients to provide or obtain updated information, scheduling client meetings, and responding to administrative client queries.
  • Assist Medicare Advisor(s) with the enrollment process of Medicare Supplement/Medigap plans, Stand-Alone Part D Prescription Drug Plans or Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plans for clients/prospects.
  • Review and maintain the accuracy of client data submitted at all stages of the relationship from placement to renewal.
  • Support in the creation of presentations for both internal and external clients/partners including ad hoc information requests
  • Interact professionally and timely with clients via email, phone, and in-person

Required Skills:

  • Experience in financial industry preferred
  • Willingness to attain Life and Health Insurance license; AHIP Certification and Carrier Specific Certifications
  • Intermediate MS Office 365 skills required (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Salary Range
$35,300$45,000 USD
