This position is responsible for providing a full continuum of clinical and well-being based counseling services to employees, managers and teams for a rapidly growing and dynamic Employee Assistance Program. This position will be working full-time with the option to work hybrid 25% of the time. This person will join and be supported by a dynamic team of skilled clinicians who are passionate about their work, care for each other and those they support, value team engagement and clinical excellence.EXTERNAL CANDIDATES QUALIFY FOR A $2500 SIGN- ON BONUS!

This is clinical counseling positions working for Intermountain Health's Employee Assistance Program clinical team. Job essentials include:
This position will be based out of Murray, Utah and surrounding areas.
The incumbents will join and be supported by a dynamic team of skilled clinicians who are passionate about their work, care for each other and those they support, value team engagement and clinical excellence.
This is a Full-time role that will work Monday-Friday normal business hours with a 2 hours a week outside of normal business hours 7AM to 7PM.
Salary is based on licensure and years of experience.
EAP Counselor Pay Range: $31.38 - $46.16
EAP Consultant Pay Range: $32.89-$50.76
