Primary responsibilities include reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness, sorting documents by account name or number and processing invoices for payment in the Company's internal accounting system. Responsibilities also include preforming SAP User Acceptance Testing and vendor account reconciliation. The Technician II, Accounts payable may perform other basic clerical duties associated with the accounts payable function including the administration of invoices to purchase orders, posting transactions to journals, project-based deliverables, recordkeeping and maintenance of physical and electronic records, general ledger reconciliation, exception management and other recordkeeping duties associated with Accounts Payable.
Qualifications:
Familiarization with an enterprise purchasing system, including purchase requisitions and purchase orders; Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially as it relates to vendor management and customer service.
