Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary duty is the manufacture of Duraplate sheets within the ISO standards.
  • To perform a variety of skilled manual duties requiring knowledge of techniques, tools, equipment and safety precautions.
  • To adhere to the general safety plan.
  • May be required to do other duties as requested by supervisor.
  • Primary job functions require exercising independent judgment.
  • Performs work at a quality level consistent with Wabash and ISO standard practice.
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School degree or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred for this position.
  • Must complete the training appropriate for the particular job assignments.
  • General computer skills preferred.
  • Overhead hoist and fork truck training may be required within thirty (30) days.
  • Must have ability to operate a variety of power tools, hand tools, and manufacturing equipment, and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
