Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary duty is the manufacture of Duraplate sheets within the ISO standards.
- To perform a variety of skilled manual duties requiring knowledge of techniques, tools, equipment and safety precautions.
- To adhere to the general safety plan.
- May be required to do other duties as requested by supervisor.
- Primary job functions require exercising independent judgment.
- Performs work at a quality level consistent with Wabash and ISO standard practice.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School degree or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred for this position.
- Must complete the training appropriate for the particular job assignments.
- General computer skills preferred.
- Overhead hoist and fork truck training may be required within thirty (30) days.
- Must have ability to operate a variety of power tools, hand tools, and manufacturing equipment, and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
