What You'll Do
Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
You Should Have
A minimum of 4+ years applicable insurance experience with a focus on Real Estate, Construction, or Hospitality accounts, preferred
Holds an Active Property & Casualty insurance license
Holds or is currently pursuing general insurance designation (preferred)
Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with strong attention to detail
Strong understanding of Property, General Liability, Umbrella/Excess, Workers Compensation, and other risk programs
Ability to work within agency management system (Applied EPIC),as well as maintain data completenessand teams established workflow standards
Strong organizational skills focused on attention to detail, accuracy and high quality work product, including but not limited to, the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with competing priorities
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to build underwriter and client relationships
Ability to work independently, and lead project special assignments
Ability to delegate to appropriate parties when necessary
Experience with Microsoft Office products required (specifically Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word)
Some travel may be required (up to 10% depending on assigned book of business)
