We have an urgent need to onboard a seasoned Quality Control Manager familiar with the US Army Corps of Engineers and familiar with the Three Phases of Quality inspection process. The candidate must have prior experience in commercial reroofing and hold a current Construction Quality Management for Contractors certificate issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers within the last 5-years. The project is a complete tear-off and install of a new BUR system at Building 6901, Fort Novosel, AL and is anticipated to complete by the end of November.

Qualifications:

• Minimum (5) years' Construction Project Management experience required.

Requirements:

• The successful candidate should have sufficient work-related experience.
• A BS or MS [Engineering/Construction Management] graduate is not required but would be favorable.
• Knowledge of relevant Construction Management policies, procedures, and practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of reading construction drawings.
• Thorough understanding of MEP building systems.
• Thorough knowledge of building code compliance and safety standards is essential.
• ASHE - Healthcare Construction Certificate (Preferred but not Required)
• OSHA - 30 HR Construction Safety & Health (Preferred but not Required)
• CPR/First Aid/AED Certification (Preferred but not Required)
• US Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors

Travel is mandatory - Applicant must be mobile and able to move from between project locations upon completion.
