Otter Products is hiring for a Sr. Manager overseeing Global Supply Chain Security. This role will be based on a hybrid schedule out of our Fort Collins, CO HQ.

The Sr. Manager of Global Supply Chain Security delivers best-in-class, innovative programs to protect our people, assets, and reputation. As part of the Enterprise Risk and Security team, this individual assists with global supply chain programs, policies, audits, and company compliance, as well as ensures proper support is provided to internal partners working on confidential projects. This is a people leader role.

Responsibilities
    Design, build, and execute a Best in Class supply chain security program in the Americas, EMEA, LTAM,and APAC regions
  • Build partnerships with internal and external leadership staff from business units across the enterprise that include Operations, Quality Engineers, Logistics, Legal, Enterprise Security & Risk Management, Otter Relations, Contract Manufacturers, Freight Forwarders and other 3PL's
  • Lead the implementation and execution of the Otter Security Requirements at all Otter locations
  • Conducts virtual/on-site audits of manufacturers, vendors and 3rd Party locations where Otter product is regularly manufactured, moved and/or stored
  • Conducts Risk Assessment of the supply chain ecosystem and recommend modifications to security plans and supply chain operations at both the local and global level
  • Assist with global trade security programs such as C-TPAT and lead our global and regional supply chain security initiatives
  • Work with external service providers and Law Enforcement to leverage cargo security resources and to monitor compliance with contractual security requirement
  • Developed and maintain a continuous improvement process including dash boarding and metrics
  • Support and maintain a positive safety culture by being an active leader in all safety program initiatives
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Criminal Justice or other relevant field of study required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of six years of relevant Supply Chain Security experience required.

  • Minimum of two years in a mentor, leader, supervisor, or manager role is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% internationally required.

USD $120,000.00/Yr.
For US Based Roles Only - Base Compensation Range Maximum
USD $160,000.00/Yr.
