Global Program Manager

Job Description Summary

The Global Program Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, implementation and management of our Client Delivery and Operational Hub initiatives in Manila, EMEA and America. Engagement responsibilities will span across time zones and include various aspects of program coordination and program management from budget oversite, meeting minutes and vendor engagement support.

Job Description

  • Successful planning and coordination of program related tasks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage program development to ensure maximum efficiency and delivery of services per contractual obligations:
    • Assist Program Leader with communication on project progress via meeting minutes, reports and presentation materials. Follow-up and track action items.
    • Responsible for administration to track and manage transition budget established.
    • Monitor, track and report overall progress; schedule creation and tracking, liaison with countries, risk register using Smartsheet and all MSFT programs
    • Support Program Leaders in identifying potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate.
    • Develop presentation materials and provide administration support
    • Maintain and file complete and accurate project documentation, service and compilation reports.
  • Policy Implementation:
    • Maintain records to ensure the program is functioning as designed
  • Budget Management to monitor program expenditures and track POs related to the program
  • Performs other related duties as required or requested.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $76,500.00 - $90,000.00
