The Community team is responsible for driving community engagement and relationship building, and advocating for customers within Adobe to support our product categories in partnership with a broad set of partner organizations.

The Senior Community Operations Manager will partner with the Sr. Director, Community and their leadership team drive and lead operational cadence across the Global Community team, serve as an advisor to the leadership team, and be responsible for business reporting and goaling. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional operational and program management skills, and motivational change leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and streamline team operations by setting standard methodologies, optimizing processes, and enhancing team coordination, engagement, and effectiveness. Identify improvement areas and provide actionable insights to boost clarity in performance and progress.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Senior Director of Community, aiding in strategic decisions and representing their interests in broader Marketing and Product discussions.
  • Support the Senior Director in encouraging a balanced team culture, improving team communication, and promoting development across all organizational levels.
  • Establish and handle infrastructure for business results reporting across media channels, track business goals, and handle reporting for planning and key events.
  • Coordinate planning across various categories (Creative Imaging, Design, Video & Storytelling) and internal partners (Product Marketing, Social, Business Marketing).
  • Oversee the operational cadence for the Community organization, including weekly leadership meetings, monthly All-Hands, and annual planning sessions, focusing on goal progress evaluation.
  • Work with Marketing Centers of Excellence on cross-functional initiatives to ensure resource alignment, strategic vision coherence, and the clear, prioritized rollout of programs.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and programs of varying sizes and complexities, spanning different teams, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Requirements:
  • Proven 10 years of experience in strategic and operational roles, with direct engagement with senior leaders and expertise in project management.
  • Excellent ability to establish and maintain operations, comprehend all aspects of operations to drive improved solutions, and proactively design, implement, and lead change initiatives.
  • Proven history as a self-starter capable of swiftly adapting priorities and maintaining focus on essential tasks with organized execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to measure the effectiveness of community engagement across various channels, including organic and paid media, and events.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $165,000 -- $214,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $115,100 -- $245,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
