Could This Be For You?

Fillauer TRS is seeking an entry level employee to fill our Urethane Lab Assistant opening. This full-time employee will focus on hand casting polyurethane and will also be involved in all parts of the manufacturing process. The right candidate will need to be a team player and adept at working independently with a strong ability for self-management. The position will report to the VP of Manufacturing.

Your Impact
    Assist in all phases of polymer production and assembly of products
  • Safety inspection and cleaning of work area
  • Hand casting
  • Quality control
  • Follow proper assembly protocols
  • Perform other related or necessary duties as assigned
  • Proven track record of working well in a team environment
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Basic Chemistry is a must
  • Strong math
  • Ability to follow and understand instruction and written procedures
  • Experience with basic hand tools required
  • Knowledge of and experience with quality control procedures
  • Position may be required to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
  • Position requires 5 or more hours standing
  • Must be self-motivated, self-managed and willing to learn
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

  • Mechanical knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Prior experience with polyurethane casting is a plus
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

(Colorado) Pay range of $19.00-22.00/hour + bonus + benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with Colorado Law. Salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
