We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Director of Commercial Development in our US Onshore Resources & Carbon Management (ORCM), Rockies Business Unit based in Denver, CO.

Essential Job Duties:

Aligns strategy for acreage trades, acquisitions and divestitures across Development, IGT, Land, Business Development and Midstream.

Identifies and pursues improved commercial solutions to infrastructure and midstream development needs.

Defines business plan, commercialization strategy, and priority for Rockies Low Carbon Venture projects and opportunities by collaborating with Operations, Development, Sequest, 1 Point 5, ORCM Joint Ventures, and Environmental and Sustainability departments.

Responsible for implementation, funding optionality and initial surveillance of Unconventional EOR Pilots in Rockies, in conjunction with Development, Land, Regulatory and Operations.

Responsible for coordinating evaluation of areas without active development plans and incorporating vision well, vision case and scenario development concepts to assess potential and its categorization in the portfolio.

Develops commercialization strategies for Rockies non-core acreage, minerals and marginal wells and executes, in conjunction with Land and Business Development.

Develops strategic partnership ideas, including Joint Venture opportunities, farmout agreements, midstream dedications or restructuring, and 3rd party financing structures to maximize Asset value and in accordance with Corporate financial priorities.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Engineering, Land or Geoscience discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience:

10 years or more of related experience with previous influential leadership and/or formal leadership experience.

Salary Range

*Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements may receive consideration for higher-level role given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
