WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE

- Answer incoming phone calls from a phone queue schedule Service visits. Assess over the phone the service needs, anticipate and gather all information needed to accurately inform technicians of service detail.
- Follow up on customer calls including returning voicemails
- Schedule services with homeowners and RbA Service Technicians
- Quote parts and labor cost for non-warranty services
- Verify that payment has been received for any billable order prior to ordering or scheduling.
- Enter required notes at every point of action and customer contact
- Scan service order and confirmation into the correct customer's electronic file located on the shared drive.
- Document customer contact through RForce
- Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON

- Considerable experience within a customer service environment
- Highly organized and the ability to reflect empathy to customers
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with team members (excellent team skills)
- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office Suite programs (such as Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment
