Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a technical leader on complex projects
- Plans, designs, and directs mutli-modal transportation engineering projects
- Investigates marketing opportunities to attract clients and work for Mead & Hunt
- Prepare and monitor budgets
- Build and lead teams to promote and support client demands
- Promote the reputation of the company and increase business by being widely recognized outside the company as a technical expert
- A valid driver's license and some travel will be required
The successful candidate will have all of the following:
- A bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil engineering
- At least eight years of relevant work experience
- A PE license in Colorado or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:
- Colorado DOT experience
- Project management or functioning as a technical leader on complex projects including preparing and monitoring budgets
- Mentoring team members
- Developing marketing opportunities

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
