As a(n)Human Resources Specialist 1for our US Head Officeoffice, you will contribute to our team by:
- Responsible for the implementation and administration of benefits programs.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of annual open enrollment.
- Coordinate with internal communication team and consultants on the development of communication and education materials to enhance employee understanding of benefit offerings.
- Evaluate and revise internal processes to increase efficiency. Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefit processes.
- Coordinate with benefit plan providers, vendors, and consultants to ensure service delivery standards are met and facilitate problem resolution.
- Monitor interfaces with benefits administration system, vendors, and payroll.
- Administer employee leaves of absence including FMLA, STD, LTD, state disability leaves, and paid parental leave in conjunction with leave administrator, HR, and payroll.
- Customer support in all areas of benefits, for both contacts in the district offices and employees.
- Oversee coordination of wellness programs including collaboration with district wellness committees, health fairs, webinars, and other events and communications.
- College degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 6 years related experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel is required.
- Must have experience managing all types of employee leaves of absence in multi-state environment.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and changing timelines.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience
