Powder Coat, outer drive assembly support, and material handling/inventory. The ideal candidate can interpret GD&T, complex engineering drawings, and working knowledge of shop trigonometry

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Train in and operate any cell in ANSIMAG
  • Primary responsibility in Powder Coat, outer drive assembly support, and material handling/inventory.
  • Perform production of Ansimag industrial pump components and pump assembly
  • Maintain high personal productivity level - Work independently to meet customer demands and manage work load of department
  • Perform other related duties as assigned as well as training other employees when necessary
  • Comfortable with use of hand tools, power tools, manual or electric pallet jacks, and overhead hoists
  • Perform part inspection and measurement with inspection tools such as calipers
  • Safety oriented
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Works well with others - small team oriented
  • Have to flex to different areas of production - learn multiple skills
  • Strive to perform tasks outside of daily expectations to improve process efficiency and safety

Skills & Abilities

Required

  • High School diploma or equivalent - trade school, or other secondary education, is a plus
  • 0-2 years' experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude/machine expertise
  • Ability to read and interpret GD&T, complex engineering drawings, and working knowledge of shop trigonometry
  • G-code and Gibbs Cam programming
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient with written and spoken English
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs

Compensation Details

Hourly: $20.00 - $23.00

Additional Compensation

Hourly Rate for this position will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and will be compared with internal equity along with market data for this position. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus through the company bonus program. This position may also be eligible to receive a Relocation bonus, payable as a taxable lump sum, in accordance with the Sundyne Relocation Policy.
