Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for trash pick-up, empty trash cans, clean/sweep sidewalks, window cleaning, lay salt.
• Remove snow, water, and mud off property, and clean ash trays.
• Assist with landscaping projects, which includes installation of plants & trees, trimming of trees &
  shrubs, mowing, edging of sidewalks, weed eating, water plants, and weed areas around property.
• Assist Facilities team if needed.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Must be able to operate all Grounds & Facilities equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to walk, push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up & down.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
• Must be able to tolerate area of secondhand smoke.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
• Knowledgeable of the Colorado Gaming regulations as well as the company's internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
