The base salary range for this role is $106,000 per year - $158,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing GTM operational plans, strategies, and processes that support the growth of Fanatics Betting & Gaming. You will partner closely with cross functional channel leads on long term GTM planning and support campaign processes-from planning to implementation to execution. You will use Airtable and other digital tools to develop structured systems that drive efficiency and transparency across the company and translate workflow needs into repeatable methods.

This role requires a deep understanding of campaign processes, project management, and how to make everyday operations more efficient, more digital, and more scalable. A major area of responsibility will be spearheading and managing Airtable success while implementing new features including AI, interfaces, app builds, conditional logics, automations, templates, and tool integrations (including Jira, Snowflake, Confluence, and many others). You will develop a collaborative vision for Airtable and third-party tools to advance company objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate expectations, milestones, dependencies, timelines, project scope, and project objectives to ensure cross functions have what they need to execute work
  • Contribute to the development of quarterly and yearly GTM planning.
  • Implement operational best practices across the marketing organization with an agile mindsetIdentify friction points across the marketing process and lead the team to find and implement solutions.
  • Design and configure the architecture of Airtable to enable scalable long term project management systems.
  • Connect and integrate multiple data streams into Airtable to create relational databases and a source of truth within the platform.
  • Support multiple business teams with their instances of Airtable configuration and ensure that all instances are in sync and report back to a master instance.
  • Lead platform training sessions and act as point of contact for user feedback and questions.
  • Monitor quality of tool to ensure all business requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and develop solutions within Airtable.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any Airtable technical issues or system glitches related to usage.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to drive greater efficiency and productivity
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Comms or combination of relevant education, experience and training.
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience.
  • 2-3 years in fields directly related Airtable implementation and builds.
  • 1-2 years of sportsbook marketing experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Always willing to learn new features with continue mindset of making things better.
  • Passionate about the project management tools and systems.
  • High potential individual with a data driven mentality, results-oriented spirit, and creative problem solver with a collaborative style of work.
  • Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, hyper organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify innovative solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Google suite, Airtable, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Figma Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings.
  • Must be okay with occasional traveling
