Job Description

Work with business and technology stakeholders and product teams to develop and convey the ServiceNow vision and strategy; define, implement, own, and maintain ServiceNow architecture; define backlog; and deliver and sustain the end-to-end customer experience. Ensure the development of the life cycle view of the solution including the conception of its need, design and execution, and upgrade and/or replacement when appropriate. Partner effectively with a wide range of teams, including business leaders, delivery teams and external partners to drive business success. Partner with IT leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities and to identify and prioritize enhancements based on predefined criteria (return on investment, productivity, compliance). Ensure resolution of technical and service shortfalls and timely escalation to relevant technical support teams for resolution and for future prevention. Facilitate the development of product backlog and actionable user stories for ServiceNow. Accomplish priorities of the ServiceNow product backlog in collaboration with the IT leadership and Product Teams. Maintain the ServiceNow Platform and provide general ServiceNow subject matter expertise and CMDB, ITSM, Software Asset Management, and Vulnerability Management modules specifically. Maintain the designs, specs, implementation, and program management for ServiceNow related projects. Implement quality rollouts and ensure functional analysis to assess the robustness of projects recently launched. Perform the planning, upgrading, testing, documenting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ServiceNow modules and associated 3rd party integrations. Advise the ServiceNow engineering and support team, develop people and support career progression, ensure sustained services provided by the team against expected service levels. Telecommuting may be permitted up to 2 days per week. When not telecommuting, must report to Western Union LLC at 7001 E Belleview Ave., Denver, CO 80237. Salary: $152,069 - $179,687 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical field., plus 5 years of professional experience as a SW Developer, SW Engineer, or any occupation/position/job title involving information technology.

Must also have experience in the following: 5 years of professional experience managing ServiceNow Platform (including planning, acquisition, deployment, developing, monitoring, harvesting, and retirement), and developing ITSM, software asset management, configuration management modules and workflows, processes, procedures, scripting, and troubleshooting data integrity issues; 5 Years of professional experience using ServiceNow platform to develop, configure, and maintain fields, form design, business rules, user roles and groups, and access controls including usage of Agile methodology to provide deliverables incrementally, iteratively, and continuously to clients; 5 Years of professional experience administering and implementing ServiceNow modules; and1 year of professional experience integrating ServiceNow using REST API across IT to improve and enhance user experience across IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, IT Asset Management, Cloud Operations, and Vulnerability Response.

Referral Bonus - $1,000 (Subject to Employee Referral Policy). Eligible to internal employees only.

Annual base salary gross: $152,069 - $179,687 USD. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
