Department OverviewEnvysion, a leading provider of video-based SaaS technology solutions for restaurants, convenience stores and retailers is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will report to the head of marketing and sit on the marketing team with a direct line to the product team to deliver go-to-market strategies.Job Description

As a Product Marketer, you will work across Marketing and the Product Management teams to develop and deliver exceptional marketing for our Envysion solution. You will be tasked with driving strategy and go-to-market plans, bringing new products and features to market. Your focus will be on crafting messaging, creating marketing assets and sales enablement materials, and supporting campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the marketing team, partner with product management to be the voice of the customer.

  • Craft messaging and positioning that ties our products and features together and differentiates it in the market.

  • Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, customer interviews, and segmentation analysis that help us understand the psychographic and demographic traits of our key target customers.

  • Conduct competitor and market research to better understand our differentiation, target customers, key industries, and buyer personas.

  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and pipeline.

  • Work alongside Marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive demand for products, solutions and software partnerships.

  • Collaborate with Product Management to conduct experiments that test the market demand for new SaaS products and services, ahead of product development.

  • Deliver customer-facing product content including release notes, factsheets, datasheets, FAQs, video scripts, website content, sales decks, event collateral to effectively position and sell all layers of the Envysion product stack.

  • Define and craft the overall strategy and approach for nurturing and growing our existing products

  • Assist with and drive partner integration relationship management, as needed.

  • Own product and feature launches, including naming, messaging and positioning, identifying target audiences, and creating content to support the launch, such as web pages, social media, collateral, presentations, and more.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of experience in product marketing

  • Bachelors degree, ideally in marketing, business or a related field

  • Experience working with a combined hardware/software cloud (SaaS) solution is a plus.

  • Organized, with excellent follow-up skills, and can take ownership of projects and see them to completion.

  • A creative storyteller with excellent communication skills that span writing, speaking and presenting.

  • An effective communicator, taking complex products or features and distilling them into clear, concise, value-focused messages.

  • The base salary for the position is from $90,000 - 105,000 USD annually.
