The Sales Trainee is responsible for learning Site Built specific products: roof/floor trusses, wall panels and engineering wood products, policies, and procedures, and performs basic sales and customer service activities. Works under close direction of the Regional Sales Manager; little discretion and judgment on work priority; and a small degree of creativity is expected.

Location: training will be in Lafayette, CO. Candidates must be ok with potentially relocating to other Site Built facilities within the Westen region of United States.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops a comprehensive knowledge of Company products and procedures through on-the-job training activities

  • Assists in sales, customer service, and production activities as assigned

  • Attends and successfully completes boot camp of comprehensive studies

  • Travels to other facilities as part of the best practice training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software for business applications

Compensation
Salary Pay Range: $60,000-65,000 dependent on experience

Bonus: The percentage of incentive compensation that may be earned varies based on the customer account classification and is calculated based on collected gross profit.
