  • Location: Fort Collins, ColoradoStatus:
  • Full Time, Will include 10-hour shifts, evenings and weekend hours (includes shift differential for evening and weekend hours)

What You'll Do:

Provides crisis intervention services for clients at the 24-hour Longview acute care facility in Fort Collins. Participates as a lead member of the service delivery team to provide walk in, mobile response, and/or phone evaluations, and residential services for individuals in crisis and quite possibly the most vulnerable points in their lives. Requires managing complex relationships with clients and staff, extensive experience with crisis interventions, effective de-escalation techniques, and risk assessments. Provides clinical supervision to other clinicians and/or interns. Must be comfortable in coordinating mental health intervention plans and services with other agencies and collaborate with other staff in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services, including ongoing collaboration with program supervisors and managers. Serves as a point person in identifying ethical conflicts and assists to provide guidance to resolve them and provide support to promote team engagement. Crisis services staff work with and advocate for diverse and often marginalized populations daily to provide interventions, support, and resources, and to ensure that the appropriate services are offered in an inclusive and equitable manner.

This position requires knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities

Required:

  • Master's Degree or license in Human Services field from accredited College or University. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LAC; 1-2 years of behavioral health experience in the behavioral health field; relevant degree in a behavioral health services field or years of equivalent, relevant experience in a residential or behavioral health environment.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Bilingual/bi-culturalpreferred.

The typical hiring range for this position for 40 hrs per week is $25.97 to $31.17/per hour.

Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights, weekend and holidays.
