Job Description

The Ram Brand Paid Media and Fleet Manager will work hand in hand with partners throughout the marketing organization to deliver a best in class messaging strategy for targeted Ram consumers. This position will work cross functionally to communicate the needs of the Ram brand to these teams aligning on things such as but not limited to incentives, markets, media types, integrations, and extension opportunities with media partners. This individual must be an excellent team player and will help shape the media plan of the future for the Ram brand. Additionally, this role will be responsible for management and coordination of the Ram brand fleet working across departments to ensure optimal usage of company assets to maximize reach and exposure.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Heavy integration & partnership with the website and marketing teams to help drive demand and implement sales driving marketing
  • Day to day management of Ram paid media including but not limited to digital marketing, paid social, paid search, national video, regional video, etc.
  • Competitive media measurement and opportunity identification
  • Forward planning in coordination with the marketing & media teams working toward a fully integrated media
  • Partnership with creative team to identify media types, lengths, and asset opportunity bringing one voice to Ram in the marketplace
  • Organization and presentation of media proposals for Ram brand senior leadership
  • Management of the Ram brand fleet with daily knowledge of what
  • Ownership of VLP (Vehicle Landing Page) updates and model year changeover coordinated with brand managers with a firm understanding of where Ram brand has a first, best, or only advantage
  • Any special projects that are site driven and require special attention including vehicles are where, what opportunities are on the horizon, and budgets management of transportation.
  • Lead coordination of coming vehicles with product team to provide the best opportunities for integrations, media partnerships, and proper ordering of the fleet during model year turnover
  • Coordination with organic social team to properly time boosted posts as well as alert them to possible collaboration opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business of Marketing or related education
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales and marketing experience with hands on experience in one of if not more of the following areas: media planning (digital or traditional), paid social, paid search, account management
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments concurrently, perform well under pressure, and meet deadlines, while ensuring acute attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience preparing and presenting to senior leadership regarding your findings
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including making recommendations to senior management
  • Ability to define problems, collect and access data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and communicate conclusions in mathematical, verbal, diagram or written form
  • Experience with Tableau, Qlikview or other data visualization tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience & direct relationships with media providers and ad agencies
  • Experience in managing external marketing partners directly
  • Experience in managing a fleet, coordinating shipping of vehicles, and optimizing utilization strategies
