TheClaims Manageris responsible for management and administration of multiple functions, or management of general business operations within Claims Department.
We offer 1 month virtual training from your home.The hours during training will be 7:00am to 3:30pm PST, Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:
You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma / GED (or higher)
3+ years supervisory/managerial experience in claims adjudication or customer service
2+ years managing relationships with clients and/or vendors
2+ years managing budgets, process improvement and quality assurance
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills: Word(creating and editing documents), Excel(data entry, reporting, pivot tables, Powerpoint (creating presentations), Outlook(managing email)
