Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experiencedTransportationOperations Managertomanage the daily operations of the employee commute program for a tech client located in Sunnyvale, CA. He/Sheis data-oriented, process-driven, and self-motivated problem solver thatbrings sound judgement into the operation of commute programs. This roletakes ownership ofthe employee commute and campus navigation experience, including parking, EV charging, shuttles, campus and commuter bikes, and ridesharing.Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Daily Operations
Working closely with the transportation experience managertoonboard a commuter software platform
Vendor management of daily operations and performance of rideshare, parking, and shuttleservices
Resolve any employee or visitor escalationsrelated to operations
ImplementCOVID safety measures for commuteservices
Act as the liaison between the commute operations and the Workplace operations and security teams ontopics such ascampus construction impacts to commute programs, wayfinding signage, EVoperations
Scale commute infrastructure with campus growth (rideshare stops, bike/ped paths, bike racks/amenities, parking, EV charging, technologies)
Mitigateimpacts to commute operations from events
Performanceand Process Improvement
Create Standard Operating Procedures
Act as main POC for vendor performance issues
Guide vendorquarterly performance reviewscontent
Analyze and interpret participation numbers and suggest operationalimprovements
Work with consultants to manageoperations datacollection and analysis ofoperationsmetrics
Proactively identify areas of concern with program operations and develop strategies to resolve issues before they arise
Streamline workflows between the various stakeholder groups including employees, supplier partners, workplace operations and workplace security
Build efficiency into existing operations and help define new operational strategies,recommendtechnologies
Overseeandassistwith in-field operations/data collection as required.
Participate in regional industry groups on best practices
Requirements
Excellent project management skills
Outstanding customer service skills and ability to effectively resolve difficult situations in a calm and courteous manner.
Ability to develop and present recommendations for the improvement of established processes and practices
Ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizeresponsibilities
Ability to work well with a team in a collaborative environment
Intermediate knowledge of MSFT Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), SharePoint,andTeams
Preferred Qualifications
