Lockheed Martin is looking for a dedicated Test Engineer to join the test team within the Systems Test Architecture and Engineering organization.
As a Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will:
* Perform as a Test Engineer and Certified Test Conductor (CTC) responsible for safe development and execution of test scripts and test procedures during all satellite test phases including pre- and post-environment system performance tests, acoustic tests, solar array deployment tests, thermal vacuum tests, and PIM/EMI/EMC tests * Support the improvement and developmenty of automated test scripts, procedures, telemetry displays, limit files, Test Information Sheets, and other documentation used to conduct Space Vehicle (SV) and Subsystem level testing at the Factory and at the Launch Base * Review and analyze telemetry and test data, ensuring generated data accurately verifies SV functionality and meets SV performance requirements * Document test anomalies found during test execution and support trouble shooting to resolve * Support Program System Engineering and Certified Principal Engineers (CPEs) in the verification of test requirements * Have an understanding of and perform job duties using the principles and disciplines of SV Test Engineering including policy, procedures, process discipline, operations, safety, and command media * Be willing to work in a 24/7 operations environment which may include some overtime and support off-shifts and/or weekends/holidays

Basic Qualifications * Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience * Familiarity with testing and problem solving for integrated systems * Willingness to work overtime supporting off-shifts and weekends/holidays in a 24/7 operations environment * Coding experience in C++ or Python * Current Secret security clearance
Desired skills * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering * Experience in a test and requirements verification environment * Experience in Test Operations including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, anomaly resolution, satellite software test systems, and electrical test equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and digital multi-meters * Certified Test Conductor (CTC) with experience in SV Integration and Test including: Baseline Ambient, Full Functional, Thermal Vacuum, Acoustic, EMC/EMI, Final Functional, and Launch Base Operations * Ability to maintain process discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment * Demonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors * Demonstrated experience in Test Software developement and maintenance, with coding experience in C++ / Python / Visual Basic * Excellent verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team members * Demonstrated technical writing and communication skills with experienc writing system level test plans, test procedures, and test information sheets * Preference for 2nd or 3rd shift * Active TS/SCI, or ability to obtain
