Hiring Warehouse Associates for our new, state-of-the-art 1.5 million sq. ft. Distribution Center

Full-Time, Permanent.8701 Minor Lane | Louisville, KY 40219, located off the Outer Loop exit in South Louisville, KY.

Shifts/Pay/Benefits:

• Day Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30 or 9:45 Start Time
• Overnights: Sun.-Wednesday 7pm or 8 pm Start Time
• Hourly Rate starts at $18.30/hr.
  • + $1/hr. for working 3rd shift
  • + $1/hr. for operating Power Industrial Equipment

• Ensuring tasks are done in a safe manner every time, and with the highest degree of quality
• Ensures product is properly received from our suppliers and is prepared, packed and shipped correctly to our customers.
• Exceeds our customer's expectations for quality and delivery timeliness.
• Meets or exceeds internal requirements for safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and teamwork.
• Performs other tasks as directed by leadership team.

• Previous Warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Experience in fast paced environment is highly preferred.
• Attention to detail, quality, and safety is highly preferred
• Comfortable working on feet, in an environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust and work safely around moving equipment
• Able to meet safety, quality, productivity, behavioral and attendance expectations
• Able to frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 75 pounds.
  • Bulk Pick and Putaway area is very physical; should be able to handle weight up to100 pounds while picking at height ofup to 40 feet
• Able to operate computerized scanning equipment
• Ability to receive feedback and work with others well
• High School Diploma or equivalent and is at least 18 years of age
